zune frozen at startup screen.

my friends zune is frozen on the startup screen, the one with the logo, zune, and the white line. i tried letting the battery died and recharging it but when it recharged enough, it froze on that screen again. what do i do?

Read the rest of the forums. Everybody who has a Zune 30 has the same problem.
