When u have ur ZUNE connected to ur PC, click on COLLECTION on the upper left-hand side of the screen, then click MUSIC right under it. On the right-hand side, under ur profile name, you should see Artists, Genres, Albums, Songs, Playlists. Click on Albums. On the left-hand side, sort ur albums by A-Z order. Then scroll down to the end of ur album collection and u should find the album titled "Unkown Album". Right click on the album and choose EDIT. This should let u update all the songs/albums u want. After u update the info then re-sync the songs/albums. As an extra step, go to ur music collection on ur PC and find the music that needs to be changed and re-edit the info using Windows Player.
