I got a Zune for Christmas and it might be the worst gift I have ever received. I WAS so excited but have had nothing but problems with it since first downloading the software. I am not able to download any music and always get a yellow symbol with an exclamation point when trying. When I open "web help" the error tells me that I have a Media Rights issue with my computer. I have followed every single instruction to fix this problem, including erasing information from my DRM and updating my Windows Media player. ALSO, even though the computer is not allowing me to download music, it is still charging my account points, such crap. So I am not getting any music, but they are charging me for the failed attempts, how fair is that? If I can't figure this out by the weekend I am going to get a new iPod. Any suggestions on what might be going on?
