I think it is funny that now all the Apple iMac comercials have the PC talking about everyone downgrading from Vista back to XP...it is the same with Zune apparently. I dont even have my Zune yet but am still frustrated at the software. I am hoping that when I get my Zune and sync it for the first time some stuff will be better on the Zune than on the software. Reading about all these problems and noting that Microsoft isnt just messing up the Zune, it is messing up XP(which i happen to LOVE) as well almost makes me want to just ship my new Zune right back when it arrives Thursday or Friday. I want advice from new and old users...would I be better off returning it and getting an iPod or something else...I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Zune's look and capabilities on paper but I am worried becuase I already hate the software and want to use something else. Is there even a point in keeping my Zune if I hate the software? I will get more money for the Zune if I dont open it and attempt to use it. I just dont know what to do. I love what the Zune + software SHOULD be doing but I am worried that is exactly what it WONT be doing...
