"the item is missing or cant be played"
I'm getting pretty irratated with this whole zune crap wont play alot of my Zune songs that i have purchased, keeps saying "need to check usage rights. Please sign in Zune Marketplace with a Zune Pass account for more, clickweb Help." error code: C00D1371.


I have the songs, I bought them From ZUNE, yet it says I don't have the permission  to play them any one know of a way to get them to work for me??

I have a similar problem. most of the songs I previously purchased and tried to Restore them are not avaialble no more... Where's my REFUND??? Anyone can you help me?

c00d135c error code summary: you have reached the Maximum number of downloads for this item. Why do I have a limit on the downloads for what I purchased? that Is a bunch of B.S.

Random, but I realized last night that I have this same problem with "Get Low" by L'il Jon. And that song's not available on the Zune Marketplace either... I think it has something to do with the artists. I'm not too sure about the refund thing though.

Zhumen, the Marketplace is not a 'backup' system.  You should backup the purchased files like anything you care about, or burn them to Audio CD 'permanently'.  Marketplace allows 5 downloads total (as long as they are still distributed by Marketplace), which is 4 higher than iTunes offers by default (Apple only allows 1 download).  Contact Zune Support and pitch your scenario and they can likely help.  If it's no longer sold, you might need to do a longer dance.  Anyway, this might be off topic for the original poster...
