When i drag files into monitored music folder, they don't show up on new Zune

So I just bought the 120gb Big Smile [:D]

I synch up the new unit with the folders I used with my last Zune, and everything works fine. All the files sync and are written to the new unit. However, when I go to drag a newly downloaded song to the monitored music folder, I get nothing. Usually i'd see the "adding media" message on the bottom, but I get nothing now. What am I doing wrong here?

If you are in a recognized codec (See: http://www.zune.net/en-us/support/usersguide/musicvideospictures/avcodecsandformats.htm ), and you have the file in a monitored folder (settings>software>collection>monitored folders), and have waited long enough for the software to find the new file...I would first move the file into a new monitored folder, and if that didn't work, I'd use the Zune media collection reset .
