cant open zune software!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i get this little window teling me this   "Microsoft Zune has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Please someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Need more info.  Whats your OS?  Did you try re-installing yet?

Try running it as adminsitrator.

seems like you are getting a critical error best bet is to reinstall the software

what do you meen by OS, and if it is re-installing the zune soft ware yes i have.

OS = Operating System = Windows XP or Windows Vista

To re-install goto Add/Remove Programs -> Remove Zune -> Goto Zune.net download softwrae run install as administrator try running program while logged in as an administrator (XP) or In Vista right click and select Run As Administrator.

i have windows xp, and i dont get that about logged in as an administrator? ....please help me!
