i try to open up the software and this warning pops up saying.
Can't connect to Zune Marketplace. Make sure no other instances of the Zune software is running, then try agian.
the software is not running and it keeps giving me this stupid window. why do i even have to go into the marketplace when i just want to listen to music? need major help please.
I have a question and I'm hoping somebody can help me! I have downloaded a bunch of albums and songs and they download fine and then they say that they are "In Collection" as the status in the active downloads section but they never get put into collection. Only the first album that I downloaded got put in there!
Somebody help if you can please! I'm getting soooo frustrated!
