Not to preemptively call FAIL, but when the top piece of free content fails to download with an incomprehensible error message, I get slightly irked. Here are the reproduction steps:
- Sign into my Canada-based Zune account.
- Access the Marketplace tab and find that "Scream Aim Fire (Zune Comic Trailer)" by Bullet for My Valentine is the top video.
- Clicking the video and the "Free" button, I'm presented with a purchase screen. (The preview of the file works OK.)
- Clicking "Buy", I receive: "The offer that you are trying to redeem is invalid." The attached Web URL is:

- Unfortunately, there is no specific Web Help message for this error yet.
Running Windows Vista SP1, Zune 2.5.447.0. Regional settings are set to English (Canada) and my Windows Live ID is correctly associated to a Canadian account (it has to be for Xbox Live to detect the difference.)
