Can't Download

I get the error "Can't access the server. Make sure you're connected to the Internet and that there are no firewalls or proxy servers blocking access to the Zune service, then try again." The error code is C00D11B2.

I have had this thing since December and have never gotten past this error. It's been sitting in a drawer. I am trying one last time.

Try this support page and see if it gets you closer to the light at the end of the tunnel :-)

That support page is useles...obviously I have access to the internet (I haven't quite yet mastered the art of telepathically making these forum posts).

Any other suggestions? My install of XP is completely out-of-the-box, the ONLY software I installed is Java Runtime Environment and Zune.
