Trying to copy music from Zune to PC

So for the last 2 weeks i have been trying to get all the music from my Zune in a folder on my computer. I would change the Zune media folder to an empty on and then highlight all the artist from my Zune and drag them to the brown computer icon.

Now the problem is that it will never transfer all the music. The most i have gotten it to transfer is 44 of 288 artist.

I have even tried logging in as a quest and still wont work.

Any suggestions?

You can also open the device view in the software, go to music. Click the Artist column (so that all the artists are highlighted) and then right click in the selection area, and choose Copy to Collection. This will then place all of your music into your Zune media folder (which is located under My Music).

You will know if it has been copied to your PC because the file size will then appear beside the Heart/Broken Heart rating.

Either way I do it, the same problem occurs. I just want all the music into the new folder regardless of if its already on my computer or not. Could this be the problem?

there was a bunch of preloaded content i tried to put on my computer that didn't work.
is this just because it was preloaded or what? because i could copy some of it, but not all, and i tried many times with the same material...
