re: Debit Card probs!!!

I've been a Zune pass subscriber since the zune was introduced last year. After I changed my Ztag because of Child Restriction Problems. I now am have a problem. With inserting my Debit Card info when I go to purchase a Zune Pass Subscription.

It tells me that the Credit Card INFO is not valid, please check all info.

So I check, and it's all right. Well, still doesn't work. My Debit Card allows for online purchases and junk like that. Also there is money on there.

Any Suggestions? Thanks! I love Zune Marketplace, I'm use to just signing on and downloading music in the past. Now with this update, it has messed everything up. Now my new ZUNE 80gb doesn't have hardley and music on it. Enough to get me by until I get my ZUNE PASS stuff settled out.

This happened to me too. My debit card didn't work and I had to settle on using a credit card. Do you have any internationally-accepted credit cards like American Express, Mastercard, etc.?

Yes I have a Visa Credit Card. But id rather use my debit card.

Try buying a small amount of points with your credit card and see if the purchase worked. Like I said, Zune wouldn't accept my debit card for some reason.

I have the same problem; my check/debit Visa card isn't being accepted either.  In 3 sessions, I've spent 2+ hours on the phone with Zune support.  Their final statement was:  "Sorry, we don't accept check cards now."  No fix, no recourse.  For us that would prefer to avoid using our credit card we have to go to some retailer (eg Best Buy) and purchase our Zune points.
