My Zune Is Having Problems But Im Not Sure What..

My zune is a black 30gb zune. i had gotten a brown one and broke it the first day i got it. i recieved a new one and nowi find it is not working right. the zune plays music, but u cannot see an image on the screen. we took it to get it fixed and the guy said it is the drivers inside the zune that produce the picture are broken but the screen is fine. upon tunring it on a light comes up on the zune screen as if to be working but now image is shown on the screen. is there anything i can do to fix this?

Try re-setting the device. If you see the Zune Logo, then the screen isn't all bad. If not, then I would contact customer support.
