i need help really really bad

Today i go to best buy and i want to get an mp3 player so i ended up buy a zune 80gb.... now i cant use because i cant even download the software ive been at this for 2 hours i just want to put muzik on this thing. i have windows xp media center ive tried most of what they told me so and i still havent gotten anywhere.please im begging can anyone help me get this software on my computer

Well lets start with what Operating system are you running XP or Vista? Have you ran Windows update so your computer is 100% up to date?

i got a system error the number is 80072EE7 ive tried what it told me to do and its not working

Try using this version of the Zune installer.

I looked up your error and it seems to be related to messenger service. It seems to appear when there is no internet activity. I strongly suggest using the software package from the link provided and following the instructions on the page for installation.
