I got my 30gb zune two aprils ago at best buy, so I'm pretty sure my warranties up. But I think I lost the thing on the bottom of the zune that helps attach it to the usb. Like my usb cable won't plug in, so I can't charge or load songs on. I'm not sure if I should just toss it or what I should do because my warranties up and I don't know how much it's gonna cost to try and replace this desperately needed piece. Could someone please point me in the right direction on what I should do? If I do send it in, where should I send it? I got it and a week later my house started on fire so I'm pretty sure I don't have the reciept /=
