Rip Music Error Message
When I am trying to rip music from CD's Burned or otherwise I get the error message:
    RIP FAILED
Error Summary Can not find the item.  It might have been moved, renamed or deleted.
    Error Code C00D1197
Is there any help or advice that can be given?  I have saved the music to my computer using a different program but now I don't know how to get it into the Zune program to get it on my Zune.  Help please Smile [:)]

What other program did you use to rip the CDs with? If you used Windows Media Player, it usually saves your rips into the My Music folder. If the Zune software doesn't automagically detect it, then just drag and drop the whole folder, into your Zune software Collection window.

Not the Zune folder in My Music, drag it into the actual Zune software Collection window. Open up the Zune software on your PC make sure you are in the Collection window, and drop your My Music folder into it.

Ok I tried that but I have a circle with a line through it like "Do Not Enter" no results Sad [:(]  Where exactly should I be putting the folder?  I have the songs burned to a cd and I would just put them in the zune program that way but it will not rip the music.

Sure you can use another program and copy the songs to your music folder, but is there a program update in the works to fix this problem or something?  Who wants to go through the added step. I'm trying to rip from original cds and I'm getting this message.  This doesn't happen with itunes.  I'm starting to wonder if I bought the wrong media playerAngry [:@]
