soooo... i have about 25gigs of vids that i wanna add, but i can't click and drag to collection, it only brought over about 1gig of the vids now it wont bring the rest. i tried dragging vids to device, to collection, set up a new folder with the vids in the folder then set the folder as one of the folders i want synced to my zune. and the guy at the store told me that zune has its own converting software so it will convert my vids to the right format, is this true? if not im gonna be pissed right off...

Video conversion is for only mp4 or wmv, if your videos aren't in these, you need to download or buy conversion software.

yah but the guy at the store said thats what made the zune dif... which is one of the main reasons why i bought it... but i guess he didn't know what he was talkin about, im gonna just take it back and get an ipod

edit: ... i specifically asked the guy if i have to buy conversion software to convert my vids for the zune, and he said no, the zune software has a converter with it already so all u have to do is drag and drop

atm its a better option, the software for the zune isn't as smooth and user friendly as itunes, i already have all the software/accessories for an ipod aswell so its cheaper to just get an 80gig classic

It's only more user friendly because you've used it! Ipod's have been out three times longer than the zune, so it should have more advancements. If you have all the accy, yes, go back to the Ipod.

for any program that you have to pay for there is a free program u can dl online that can do the job the same and/or better
