Zune 30G wont detect drivers or install new ones

I posted here yesterday to try and figure out how to reinstall the zune software someone helped me out which i am grateful for but now,
when I plug in the Zune player to the computer it doesn't find the drivers so it doesn't recognize the player.

any one have any ideas on how to fix that, I tried reinstalling the software, copy/paste friends drivers, unistall reinstall the drivers. none of it worked

thanks a lot for any help
