I was downloading an episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Force (Dummy Love) and I was charged but all I saw was pending and I go an error saying "C00D133C: Cant Perform Requested Action Because It's Not On The Website. Check URL And Try Again." I tried several things including Reloading and even changing download folder. I'm very frustrated that I was charged for something I can't recieve. Please help.

I got the same messege.  I called tech support and the woman that helped me couldn't solve my problem.  They couldn't get a person on the phone to refund my purchase either.

I was trying to download a few episodes of 7 Samurai and its giving me that error too...came here hoping for a fix.  Guess nothing has come across yet.  I will jsut try to contact support, but M$ isn't known for it's customer service...

I am having the same problem now with an entire album.

Tomorrow I have to make that inevitable phone call to see about getting a refund or fixing the problem.  I understand the "no refund" policy however until they provide the content that I purchased the transaction is not complete. They received the money, I received nothing therefore our purchase agreement has not been honored by Microsoft and if it is their intent not to honor that agreement then a refund is in fact due. A no refund policy relates strictly to transactions in which the seller met their obligation.

I spoke to the Zune support people today.  They were extremely helpful but were unable to fix the downloading problem. It would appear that an album that had been removed from the Marketplace still showed as being available. 

After performing the usual troubleshooting procedures Zune refunded my points promptly.  Thanks Zune Support.
