Good, hopefully next could be Wal-mart, Target, Best Buy, Circuit City, everywhere that they are sold. I've had it with no help and no support, as far as I'm concerned I hope this whole venture now blows up in their face, for not putting out a solid product and not supporting it and listening to the users with the problems first, then listen to the 12 year olds who want to download their friends playlist. I believe the business philosophy is called the "squeaky wheel" method. Those who are loudest get the greasing. I've done my part by posting up bad review on every single website that sells Zune's, detailed all the issues and the fact that Microsoft could care less about fixing the non working Zunes. Join the cause fight Zune, post bad ratings!
Buy a 3rd gen. Zune to get features that 2nd gen. should have had! Are you crazy, stupid, or just have more money than sense?
