my zune has worked wonderfully for me, and I also think the new interface looks pretty neat. Today, my zune battery died, so I plugged it in to charge it. The symbol of the battery popped up showing me that it needed to charge for a short time before it came on. When it came on, everythiing seemed normal, but the zune software on my laptop wasn't showing that the device was connected. I unhooked it and hooked it back up, but to no avail. At that point, I decided to turn it off and just try again, but the device would not turn off. Also, it showed that it was still charging even after I had unhooked it. Even when I hooked it back in, it showed nothing. Any suggestions would be awesome.
