New software screwed up pc

I was forced to upgrade (downgrade is more accurate) my zune software and here is the results, lost songs, lost playlist, mistitled songs, very difficult slow reentry, piss-poor very slow search marketplace (I type in a song title and it brings up multiple songs only to find out many are "not available" but you have to open the window on each song to know their availability) massive waste of time, horrible screen clarity, After about 15 mins. of this I say HELL NO and I revert my computer to the restore point before I installed Zune upgrade- Restart- Open Zune- Now my Zune screen is locked up with the "Please upgrade Zune software" screen so I call tech support- I am there over an hour only to have them tell me they can do nothing I have to upgrade- They tell me in no uncertain turmes " I can NOT use the software that works any more"... I AM SO F#$@ING MAD. ...I want my money Back!!! .......DON'T BUY ZUNE!!!!!... Zune Tech Support # 877-438-9863 call and give-um hell they deserve it. .......P.S. Zune player for sale, Please make an offer.

I'll give your $5.

The software is crap and very buggy. So i'm willing to pay you $250 - $245 (for putting up with the software) = $5. As a bonus, i'll pay for shipping and handling. Total <$20.

Message me to tell me if my advice works. Or incite anger at me if i deleted your entire collection. Good luck.
