Just a heads up to everyone who sees this error. C00D11CD is our general unmapped error. It occurs in all Zune areas (Device, Marketplace, Software, etc). It basically means that an error occurred, but the error that was thrown hasn't been mapped back to a specific condition yet. To get more information on what is actually happening, click on the Web Help link that is included in that error. This will take you to a URL that is similar to the following:
http://www.zune.net/en-US/support/webhelp/general.htm?&webhelp_mpver=2.1.888.0&webhelp_id=C00D11CD&webhelp_contextid=0&webhelp_originalid=80040E2F&webhelp_locale=en-US
The key here is to note the Original ID that is included in that URL. This is the true error that was thrown and is needed to understand more of what is causing a problem. If you see a C00D11CD, please either copy/paste the URL the Web Help directs you to and/or note the Original ID that is included in that string for more assistance.
