re: Found a Content Error? Here's how to let us know!

I was hoping that I would never have to come back here, I don't feel right helping a company fix their service.


Anyway, for the artist Bebel Gilberto, when you click on the top songs section and pick a song, it takes you to another artist. I believe the first song took me to A Tribe Called Quest. What's up with that.

Here is a giant error for you..........

Most of the older songs and albums aren't available for download anymore but yet u can still see the pics of the album and the greyed out tracks. What is the point of buying music from zune marketplace if you can only buy the new music from within the last year or two the store has that. If people want consumers to buy music legally then they need to have it available for them to buy it!!!!!!!!!! It is common sense. Microsoft, why don't you get rid of all the songs and albums that u can't DL and lets see how small the marketplace becomes.

The Name of the album is:  Ammos Itane

The Name of the song is: (track11) - Mesotihia

*I have been taken care off  (given back the MS points) when I called Zune support, but I also wanted to tell that issue here with our friendly Zune Team Members. So you can perhaps replace that song with a good one so we can buy it again?

I completely agree.  Why should the consumers have to find the errors?  Doesn't Microsoft hire people to find them and fix them?  Wait, that's right, they'll find the errors but won't fix them if they can make money off of it.  Double dipping, anyone?

In the Zune Marketpace, there's one song that cannot be puchased, it is available only as "preview"

I sincerely want to purchase the song "For Your Entertainment" by Adam Lambert, and no one (from the Zune Marketplace ) has yet fixed the issue as I have stated above.

Dina-  When I look at it, it's available for purchase at 79 points.  I don't have any points (nor do I want that song...) so I can't prove it is actually available- but I do see the correct buttons, options etc.   Is this also what you see?

I do feel at the moment very embarrassed indeed, you are correct Mike, that song is available for purchase.
Perhaps someone fixed it (I don't know), but you are very kind indeed for replying to me Mike, thank you!

PS : now I have all three of his singles, I'm waiting to buy his first album from the Marketplace coming in few weeks, can't wait!
PSS : oh oh and Zune People, thank you very much for the applications, I got me the one with the sport's car to play!

WTF?When I go to purchase history and the top of the page reads- "Heres everything that you have downloaded at the Zune Marketplace. To restore an item to your collection, click its download button, or click restore all to download everything thats not on your computer."

Is that a cruel joke?

 The service is horrible. Microsoft has stolen 1 album, and many songs. In some cases they never downloaded in the first place.

Kid Rock-all summer long. never downloaded, tried to re download and the whole album disappeared.

Snow Patrol-chasing cars, downloaded, disappeared, asks me for 99 more points.

There are some songs I recieved for free that I cant redownload, this is at least understandable.

Simply unenjoyable, over cluttered and doesnt do one thing well.The zune social is DUMB as can be and wastes bandwidth on telling me how many people I dont know like my music, WHO CARES? I would not recommend Zune to anyone unless you love product envy. My LG touch with VERIZON's download service is so much more enjoyable than this thing, sad really because the LG touch is a joke and MS could buy Verizon just for fun.

Thanks for crap, and then more and more crap. You will never see a penny from me again on this stupid marketplace.

UGH..just get it right the first time losers!

I don't get it...why do people have so much trouble with this? I've had a Zune Pass for almost a year now and listen to pretty obscure music and haven't had any weird problems. Theres the trouble with stuff being funky in the catalog but it's a HUGE catalog. I don't mind helping. I had a few albums disappeared, but then it turned out they just got re uploaded, and I just re downloaded them. I think it was Anthrax and Foo Fighters. Other then that, my experience has been awesome. Am I missing something?
