In general Dave Matthews Band. but heres a sample of my "fall asleep" playlist:

Natural Blues - Moby, Swing Life Away - Rise Against, Crash in to me - Dave Matthews Band, The Rain - Tech N9ne, Yellow - Coldplay, I Will follow you into the dark - Death Cab for Cutie, Champage Supernova - Oasis, Karma Police - Radiohead, So long goodbye - Sum 41, Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol, Meant to Live - Switchfoot.

I used to love falling asleep to Eric Clapton Unplugged. Then again, I love listening to that album whenever. The best wake up music is Barenaked Ladies - Alcohol!

I agree with Dave Matthews, Jack Johnson and Ben Harper, those always help me. Also; Jerusalem- Sleep. I think it's meant to get high to, but it helps me sleep.

Just about anything from Kitaro (my preference "Silk Road")

 or you could play the entire Zen Garden cd "Tranquill Sunsets".

Paul Horn's album called Connections.

Really laid back stuff which sounds sort of adventurous, kind of like the music you hear in safari documentaries.

Mine's larger.

lol as you can see, the Zune community is friendly, and happy to help.  I was gonna suggest some stuff, but it looks like you have plenty of stuff to try!
