I was having problems getting the remote to work with the dock. Then my Zune HD went into brick mode. I called customer support and after a disrepectful amount of time convincing them that it didn't work, they are sending me a shipping label. I was told a week to 10 days before they can send it back fixed or replaced. I am kind of dissapointed in what I have been reading here. The Zune HD seems to be very delicate and prone to problems.
I still have my trusty 80Gb though. Maybe I should ask for a refund and be done with it.
I have altered your music, pray I do not alter them further!
