So, it's been five months since this topic went up and nothing... You know it's kind of sad.  They give Zunes away as prizes to the contest on xbox live, that have Zune integration with the Xbox 360, but they won't even cross advertise... Wow.

This is one of those little things that just goes to show how little Microsoft cares about the Zune product line. They don't even advertise for it at all but we see free McDonalds themes and free themes for cheap and ugly cars like the Yaris. I really wish Microsoft would just stand up and say they're abandoning the Zune platform. At least then, we'd know the reason for the lack of advertising the product, the every shrinking marketplace content available, the the joke of a metadata system, and so on. I really like my Zune but I'm not going to buy another Zune product from a company that doesn't care aboutr its own product.

I think you might be surprised by what we see available this summer and fall from the Zune team. There have been two links posted recently that give me hope. One was an ad that's running now talking about how much cheaper the Zune is to own than an ipod and the second was more info about the new HD Zune phone!

On top of that the fact that MS split the hardware and software teams out suggest we'll start to see the Zune software on more platforms.

Why? A Zune phone. I coudln't care less. I like my Sidekick and my Zune separate thanks. That way, my Zune and Sidekick aren't dependant on the same battery. I'd really like to see a much higher capacity Zune (say 250GB) with a much nicer screen (sokething along the lines of the fake ZuneHD). That's the product I'm interested in. It just happens to be the product Microft isn't making.

please microsoft make a zune theme/video/gamerpic pack for us to download that would be sick ok just gonna put this out microsoft make more zune games and maybe give acheivements for the zune games that go twoards the 360?

That would be pretty awesome. I wish I could transfer gamerpictures from my LIVE to my Zune xD

How about a free ZuneHD (prop) or Zune 80/120 (prop) for our xbox 360 Avatars to hold, and listen to.

All I can say is, you won't hear a complaint from me about it. Seeing my avatar with a Zune in his hand sounds rather intriguing.
