Immortal Technique most definitely probably due to the stuff he talks about. ie "Bin Laden"track

Ive never heard Talib on California radio, and thats a shame being one of the best in the game.

I would have to say Sage Francis. I don't hear a lot of praise about him, despite his awesome lyrics.
