Message
Another Microsoft product that has you spending days trying to get it to
work right or at all. I bought a Zune for my son and it worked just fine till I
upgraded to 3.0. Now it won't sync, and when
trying to use the Zune software to browse to your music folder it hangs with the
hour glass at the My Documents folder.
I am running:
Windows XP SP3 - All updates,
current.
Zune 3.1
I have tried
everything on these support forms and no luck. Been working on this for
3 days now......
Uninstall,
reinstall, system restore, uninstall, reinstall, uninstall driver, reinstall
driver, switch USB ports, uninstall, reinstall driver. Uninstall software,
reinstall software.... what a bunch of crap!!
This is the LAST
Microcrap product I ever buy! No one should have to spend days or hours trying
to get a Zune to work right.
If there were know
issues with the upgrade to 3.0 then everyone should have been warned about
upgrade issues BEFORE installing this upgrade not after.
My advice to
everyone reading this support form is to put your Zune back in the box and
return it for a refund and purchase an Apple Ipod, and then go home and enjoy
your new Ipod instead of spending hours looking through tech support documents
trying to get your new Zune to work.
The problem now is,
the Zune is to small to use as a door stop.
