i posted a description of a problem i was having like 4 weeks ago. still no response. this other guy gets on here talking about how it's so funny that all the new zune buyers got ripped off and he gets instant attention. it's obvious what your priorities are. if everyone put as much effort into helping fix the bugs as they do hating on people they have never met we would have a winning product on our hands. it sucks for now, though (hoping for feedback.)
