Error C00D124D

Well one day my Zune started to act wierd not playing some songs and its just getting worse.  They wouldn't play an album so I removed it from my zune and everything tryd to but it back on only went 1% the sync stoped then looked on my Zune and tryd to play it then it said "The item is missing or can't be played". So now it's slowly dont that to more and more songs and it won't readd or anything.  So can any of you guys help me? I listen to it way to much for it to be doing this.

Now it's not even getting connected to the computer and i've try'd everything that it says that could help??

i have over 2000 pictures that wont sync and cite the same error message...

So I've added this to the Sync Issues thread. You might want to check it out as there's a link that suggests disabling USB 2.0 as a workaround. One quick question, both the software and device are up to date with version 2.3, right?

Yea im pretty sure there both version 2.3 I checked both not to long ago. 

Now my zune completely doesn't work!  Well any places to send it in for repair if so can you help me out not on enough to look around for one.
