1. Your truck
2. Your Girl
3. Any mixture of the first 2 with some spousal abuse thrown in there.

You haven't really listened if you think that there are only 3 things about Country. Music is music....it's just the way it's played.

Yeah, if you listen to other types of music, they talk about the same stuff.  My favorite country songs are about dogs.  Feed jack, old red etc.

What I have noticed though, is people that listen to Country music are usually more diverse in the types of music they listen too, than vice versa.

Hello Everyone,

Like any other musical genre, country songs cover a wide variety of topics.  Sure there are plenty of beer, trucks and girl songs but there are also plenty of country songs about just about anything that is of importance today. 

Personally I like county music that talks about loving our country, our way of life, our value for one another and our families.

Craig Morgan states a Little Bit of Life.  I think this sums up country music.  No matter the mood, there is a country song to push you through, and no matter the situation, country can bring the party, or funeral to a unique spot.  Country is an all around real genre.  Though I listen to everything, country keeps it real.  Even though I still need my bump and grind music, country will last because it is true.
