I'm disagreeing a bit on Skillet.......yah, they're sound is differebnt from before-and a couple songs on Comatose sound the same-but I"m still liking they're new album tons more than their old stuff......anyone heard Live Free or Let Me Die?
Barlow Girl, yes, Toby Mac, sure, Relient K-Yes, Switchfoot-dude-those guys aren't necessarily 'Christian' any more. Right now my taste is leaning towards hardcore-demon hunter and Haste the Day-but I still like the quieter stuff-Flyleaf-even though they've turned secular.......Fireflight-Unbreakable is AMAZING. Deas Vail, The Send, Pillar, Anberlin, The Almost, The Afters, Hawk Nelson, Family Force 5, Kutless, Disciple, the Fold, MxPx, RED, TFK, The Wedding, Spoken, 12 Stones-all AMAZING.
While not all of those are necessarily 'christian' to some people-I love them-and personally consider them Christian.
Joy WIlliams, Mandisa, Jeremy Camp, Casting Crowns etc. are cool too-but not my style as much......if I'm looking for that kind of message-I"m going for Kutless-or Skillet's Ardent Worship.
