My Zune software isnt working know at all, it shows up in add/remove but the programs not there like in the program files all it has is the subfolders es-es & es-fr

&& in services it cant start user mode driver framework because "Error 31: A device connected to the system is not functioning"

Yup tried that, same response as others don't see step 3. I have XP2.....
Someone tell me should I just give up. it's been a week and no solution.
