heres a great CS story for you guys. I called after 3weeks of the same problem, some girl gets on the line, I tell her my problem, she says where are you calling from? I say Iraq, Im deployed there. She puts me on hold, comes back online "sir we dont have anyone that speaks Iraq, you need to call back later". yep, cant make that up.
I finally get to a Tier2 after hanging up on her and get some sort of help, but the thing still doesnt work. All I get to do is play songs that Ive already bought from the subscription and cant get the Marketplace to open. The first girl told me that Iraq is a "foreign country and you need to change your language to Iraq" I swear it was the South Carolina pageant girl working on the phone. Needless to say, havent been impressed with the service, but if youre one day late on changing that billing info, all help comes to a hault. I guess my Texas accent didnt give her a clue I wasnt speaking Iraq. Good luck to all those with problems, Ill just keep playin my old songs until I get out of here and can get a better connection and system. peace
tried to buy some songs, and it just said error, then i tried to download them, and no change,
help would be appreciated
I'm with you bro.
I got 4GB model as a gift, and I'm returning it tomorrow. Typical Microsoft; confusing, awkward, slow, nearly impossible to navigate. After 6 hours of opening accounts, downloading tom of sofware, re-downloading tons of sofware I still can't download music with the Microsoft points 1 was given. It keeps wanting me to subscribe for $14.95/month. There are literally 100's of complaints on there own web site, what does that tell you? It might make a nice paper weight, but as an MP3 player it's not worth the aggrevation. I'm not throwing more money away on this POS.
