Yeah, try syncing them onto your device now. If it still gives you an error, let me know what that error is.

i downloaded the updates and then tryed it again and i worked,   so what now?

should i try puting the songs on the zune again?

Wow, um. Hmm, this is gonna be difficult considering that I'm not directly in front of your computer.

Make sure that you've run Windows Update and got all necessary updates for your machine.

well i would but every time i try to download it a thing pops up saying "ZuneMediaCollectionResetTool has stoped working : windows is cheacking for a solution"

I have tryed it several times now

Ok, I'm gonna ask you to run this program. It's called the media collection reset tool. What it does is it makes the software re-read your entire collection as if it was the first time. This does nothing to your settings or device. You can use this to get a better understanding of what the software actually finds as far as music and stuff goes. After running it, if you still see those problem songs in the collection then there's another issue. If you don't see them, then we can go from there.

well i can play the song on the zune window in the computer

but i cant put them on the zune itself, when i try it puts them in the "not added" section and says it had an error and says that the item may have been moved renamed or deleted, but i havent done anything to them since i got it

Find a song that you're having an issue with, right-click on it and select 'open with zune'.

Um, and kind of re-explain what trouble your having, cause I don't want to take us down a road we don't need to travel :-)
