Colors - Between the Buried & Me [cut off issues]

Unfortunately we have learned a few things since this was originally submitted. Our content provider tags the track as purcase complete as soon as the download starts, even if it errors out. So the system "believes" you own all the tracks. There is no real way to fool it on the same account to allow you to download it. This is a know issue and will be fixed  in the next Zune upgrade.

The only thing I can suggest is to get credit for buying the album through Zune Phone Support and then either create a second account on your computer or use a friend to re-purchase the material. I have no idea if the credit can be applied to anyone ellse but your main account though.

Hey, good job on getting Colors back up!  I went to restore it, though, and it won't let me download any of the songs except Prequel to the Sequel.  It keeps giving me the error, "An error occured while communicating with Zune Marketplace.  Make sure the date and time settings on your computer aren't set to a future date, then try again."

It also gave me the error code: C00D12EA

My date/time are fine on my computer... So what's wrong here? It took months and months to finally get this back, and I still can't listen to the fixed version. =/

Have you tried sending someone with a battle-axe down to their offices? They might send the content faster that way...

Yeah, I'm not directing my anger at you guys; you've at least tried to keep me updated and stuff.  I'm just mad that the label hasn't sent the content yet, when it's been nearly months.  It's just completely ridiculous.

I can completely understand, but can't put up correct content if the label hasn't sent it and some labels are better than others with correcting data.

Aw dude, that sucks. I have the same problem with a Type-O-Negative album I bought off the Marketplace where every song skips at the last two seconds. I was going to try and get it replaced but seeing how long it's taking for you to get your replacement, I think I can deal with the skipping.

By the way, Colors is an awesome album.

How long has it been now? I'm beginning to think that they're never going to give you the content. :(

Thanks for the re-request.  I was hoping to get it before my week-trip, but sadly I'm leaving tomorrow, so yeah... Maybe they'll have it when I get back.  Just keep spamming 'em. ;P
