You should be able to connect to a WPA encrypted network using up to a 62 character passphrase. Thanks for the suggestion regarding the stronger passphrases, gongzero, I'll make sure and bring it up with the product team.

I have the same problem, but it won't even connect with a 32-character alphanumeric passphrase... 10-character alpha or numeric was my limit. Love my zune and have had no other problems, but having syncing capabilities without sacrificing the integrity of my wireless network's security would make it perfect. Any solutions?

I secure my wireless network with a random 63-character printable ASCII passphrase using WPA-AES.  I read that previous versions of the Zune software and firmware wouldn't support anything that strong, but I was really, really hoping that v3.0 would fix this.

I can sync just fine with a 32-character alphanumeric passphrase... but anything stronger than that and my Zune can't connect.

Why for, Zune dudes?  I'd really love to connect this fancy-schmancy AV dock to my receiver and sync wirelessly, rather than have to connect via USB to my desktop, but I don't want to compromise my network's security.
