Just plug you computer speakers into the zune directly.  That is what I am doing at work.

re: I want better playlists!
.. BUT you can not do this with a normal non AUTO playlist it makes it hard because non auto playlists are organized by when i add them to it and it makes it difficult to find a specific song since most of my playlists are over 200 songs. ...............*two thumbs up*

How hard can it be to set it up like the bookmark list on your computer,?

I want better playlists!

Okay so When I'm at work i'll take my zune and hook it up to my FM transmitter and i'llplay music through the radio for everyone at the clinic. I usually turn on one of my playlists that should go for 12 hours with out repeating, and i just leave it on shuffle non-repeat. Well for some reason I keep hearing the same songs over and over and I definitely shouldn't. Is there anyway Zune could foolproof these playlists? And Also! Normal playlists should be as user friendly as AUTO-playlists. I want to be able to organize how my normal playlist songs show up on my zune. for example: With an auto playlist you can select whether the songs are organized by A-Z, Z-A, By date, By length, by date added, and so on... BUT you can not do this with a normal non AUTO playlist it makes it hard because non auto playlists are organized by when i add them to it and it makes it difficult to find a specific song since most of my playlists are over 200 songs. lastly I believe there should be a specific genre of music called CHRISTMAS or HOLIDAY music so that this holiday season it might be easier to find that type of music in the Marketplace.

Thank you

re: And...finally! The functional spec
I've have been wanting to ask about this for a while and hoping that I might get an reply from this forum.  I have had a Zune for a few months now and love it. I really only have one issue with the it and think that it would be something that Microsoft would want to fix. Currently with the Zune and the Zune software you are unable to play music directly off of your Zune. I have quite a bit of music scattered around on different PC's and the Zune is the only place that has it all. I would like to be able to plug my Zune into my computer at work and be able to listen to whaver I want without having to copy it to my collection. Just wondering if this is a feature that is in the works in later versions of if this an issue that will never be resolved. Thanks

re: And...finally! The functional spec

back on topic... So why make quizzes only available for adults and teen subscribers? I have a child account and it's not because I'm a child! My mom pays for the subscription so since it's her credit card i have to stay as a child account. This is stupid since I am over 18 and would also love to use quizzes... if they come out.

Plus a sleep timer would be wonderful, and so would an alarm!

and a voice recorder/memo it would be handy for note taking!

sorry this is a bit off topic and such, but i just wanted to stop by and let music live know that I dig their quote :)

and yes I do agree with the sleep timer. that would be AWESOME with the zune. i would also like an alarm clock. i would completely ditch my clock to have my favorite tunes on the zune waking me up! though i must say thanks for adding the clock in there. perfect size, perfect location!

"What the heck happened?!?" "Umm...I broke your iPod." "How did you manage to do that?" "I dropped my Zune 30 on it."

re: And...finally! The functional spec (sleep timer)
I think that a sleep timer is necessary.  I am tired of charging my Zune the next morning if I fall asleep listening to my favorite podcast (Guycast), it goes through every episode.  If I could place 30-60 minute sleep timer on (now that we have a clock), it would give me more opportunity to listen on my way to work instead of charging it until I get home.
