Got my Zune!

What?Does that mean manufacturing of the Red Zune is discontinued? They started a Valentine's Day promo with special edition Red Zune 80's, and special artwork, available, nominally starting January 15th. A bunch of excited folks ordered their Red Zune 80's as soon as the system would let them (there seems to have been an issue on the 15th itself, and my order didn't "confirm" until the 16th). At this time, there is no change to the standard Quality of Service notice saying you should have your device in 5-7 days. People kept ordering them. They added a disclaimer on the 17th saying Red 80's may add 2-3 days to your order Around the 5th business day, an email was sent out to some saying "Due to unprecidented demand..." your order will be delayed a few more days. More time passes - nobody has Red Zune 80s. Red 80's start shipping, along with a nice little credit for $25 as compensation for the delay. Red 80's start arriving, but we notice a pattern - nobody who ordered theirs in the first couple of days ("Early Adopters") is getting them. Feb 4th arrives. Red 80's are taken off the site, Early Adopters still have nothing. Feb 7th. China closes for the long Chinese New Year weekend. Feb 8th, an apology email is sent out to the Early Adopters saying shipping will still be delayed a few days, but you will get your Zune, and you will also get a refund. Feb 10th/11th, some Early Adopters get a "Your order has shipped" message with a FedEx tracking code, but some do not. Feb 13th/14th, The Red Zune 80's arrive for most Early Adopters, even those who didn't get the shipping message. Throughout the process, except for those few emails, nobody was able to find out anything about their order status until they had already shipped (and that info came from FedEx, not Zune Originals). The customer "service" department was kept in the dark, and so was useless (or less). In general, it was a frustrating experience all around.
