**HUGE OVERSITE ALERT**
I get my 80GB Zune two days ago. I am very excited. I get all of my music loaded at home and it is ready to go. I am ready to take it to work and show it off to all of my buddies. I get to work, I plug it in to my workstation, browse to Device > Collection and I get nothing but HUGE disappointment because I can't play the music directly off of my Zune when it is plugged into my PC. I really hope that this gets addressed very quickly.
For all of you who are having issues with music being scatter all over the place, I use http://www.mp3-tag.com/ to verify all of my music before putting into my music directory. My Zune is absolutely gorgeous with all album art and tags. It is a very useful tool. It has a gorgeous and very user friendly UI.

Yeah please let us in on what is being worked on. We are not going to hold you down to a time frame. It will just ease our minds and make us that much more at ease. I feel like the zune team is trying to act like there is no problems just so they can fix them and not have to address the current situation. That is not the way to do it. Tell us you hear us and say sorry.
