This is awesome.  Really it is.  It's like paying for a library card to a huge private library, then the door is jammed, and the librarian is looking through the window at you just shrugging.  And they're also rolling around in a huge pile of your money.  Also all of the books you had checked out turned to dust.  Also the company that runs the library isn't picking up the phone.

AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!  I am getting the same screwed up message and there fix is worthless it has nothing to do with my firewall this is not cool!!!!!

I dunno about lifetime, but a free month, or some song credits wouldn't hurt.  I really just want this fixed.  If they fix it now it would have only been a few hours of outage, which isn't that big of a deal, but if this goes on into tomorrow and still no fix then...chances are they're going to hear a lot more than they're hearing now.

Just wait until the East Coast wakes up and sees that their Zune marketplace content doesn't work.

I gave up on hold..I couldn't stand the elevator music anymore...I think they only have 1 person answering their phones..

Ha yeah your right Mike! A free month would be nice but I doubt they will do that. East coast will probably be furious when they wake up.

I'm in Washington state, so this really sux..microsoft is just up the freeway from me..lol..thanks a lot Mr. Gates...I hope your 50 million dollar house burns to the ground in this 25 degree weather we are currently having..

Glad to hear I'm not the only one with this problem....thought I was going crazy for a sec.  Guess no holiday music for my store tomorrow   :-(
