I seriously hope they fix this because I do not know what I will do. I mean, I know I will NOT buy another Zune and I damn sure do not want to buy an iPod. What the hell. Is not Microsoft/Mr Gates rich enough???

Yep....Mine is frozen too.  Took it to workout this morning and it stayed on the loading screen the whole time and is still there. POS!

It happened with mine 30GB Zune to. It seens to be happening with every single 30GB Zune!
People from other Zune forums are having the same problem!!!

I really wish to see what Microsoft is going to do to fix this! Even people that waited the battery run low sad that after you recharge it, the same happens!

Let us hope that Microsoft say something REALLY soon!

Have you noticed they don't sell the 30 GB Zunes anymore? What's up with that? Is it their way of trying to get us to update and spend oodles of money by making the 30 GBs obsolete? I LOVE my Zune and hate to think this way but what's going on? I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem but the fact that all of our Zunes going kaput is really an issue.

 I have a 30 GB zune and since yesterday 30th of december is frozen....none of buttons or combinations seems to be working....

I believe is an issue with the software 3.0  I downloaded a couple of days ago.

Mine is still with batteries, hence did not went off yet, but  expect to, and once it happens I will try to press the hole combination of buttons as well as charging it again.

My 30GB Zune just went down too. Dammit! This is a replacement that Microsoft sent me for one that broke earlier in the year. This is my 2nd Zune in a year. Ugh, I'm pissed.

I dropped mine today on the concrete from like 2 feet up when it fell out of my pocket as I was bending to tie my shoe.  I got the loading screen glitch and panicked that the fall did it.  Low and behold I find out that EVERYONE'S died today.  Life - Music = Sad

Microsoft has the best products but the worst quality control.. Red Ring of Death mean anything to anyone here?

ok is it a normal thing or microsoft is *** with us.............my zune has bn frozen d whole day n i don know wha 2 do. who runs us website, do they have a solution or wha.............or dis site is a fake...............tell me something

You've got to be kidding me. I thought this was isolated to my Zune. I never expected to come to these forums and find out that everyone with a Zune 30 is having the exact same problem on the exact same day. WTF?
