RDanka, external USB drives are big and relatively cheap. Buy one, and move your music collection over to it. You'll have plenty of space to grow.
You’re right, it seems the everyone has there own "workaround"
since the inability to simply turn off auto sync isn't there. Although 80
gig USBs do cost a pretty penny. None of these workaround should be
necessary. I've already got 500 cds as a backup method for my music.
What are people doing who want to use multiple computers? I
have a laptop that I use when traveling and another desktop at work. I'm
petrified to connect my Zune to either of these. I keep hearing people
mentioning the “tell the software to forget the Zune and then sign in as a
guest” option, but I cannot for the life of me find a guest option when I
reconnect my Zune after disassociating it from the software.
Please, Microsoft, fix this problem. All I want is the option to stop the thing
form auto syncing.
