You have to think about how many others are also calling Zune's support line about this issue, you might be waiting some time. I read a few people had to wait over an hour FYI.
Really no need to call support unless you really dig the hold music. :) We are fully aware of this and are working to get a resolution asap. I know it sucks guys, I feel your pain, but just hang tight.
I'll post here as soon as I have any more info from the team.
