Not because I hate the new software or don't want to learn to use it correctly. But because the software won't work on my
computer. Yes, people are going to be pissed because they spent their hard earn
money on something and can't even bring the program up because it comes up
fuzzy or freezes when you have a lot of music. Plus, their marketplace isn't
the only place where people can purchase music. So that really isn't the upside
of this device.
I wish the new software would work like it should. But it doesn't. People should understand everyone is not going to have the same positive results as they did. Personally, reading the boards, people are having
a sleuth of problems, and obviously, you cannot blame that on their intellect. There must be issues with the software if so many of us are
having issues with it. Let's hope Microsoft Zune Team is actually reading our problems, concerns and results, and hope to do something about it, very soon.
Regardless of how much we fight, whine and moan on this board, if they continue to put out inferior software that the masses cannot even use, then the masses will take their money and time elsewhere. Until the next firmware update, it's back to 1.4, mediamonkey and winamp. 3 different programs for 1 device and 1 software that doesn't want to load.
