These instructions stink...my zune is completly dead!! Can't find a real voice to talk to either.  I realize the battery is dead but it won't even charge. Anyone have any other ideas

Alright so my Zune 80g continues to reboot itself over and over again. I turn it on, the load screen comes on (though no load bar shows up) then after a few seconds it goes blank and continues the same process. It'll do this two or three times then go black once more.

I tried to reboot it, but pressing back + up has no effect. The only button which has any effect is if I press and hold the play/pause button. I try doing the back + center + play button after holding the play/pause button to restart it but it won't work.

Do I have anyway of fixing it on my own or must I send it into repair? Also, do you have any sway over the website, because I cannot register my zue nore sign up for online repair because the website is experiencing problems in those areas. Thanks.

how do i get it to reboot the new firmware ? I formated it and now the screen says on your pc, open the zune software and restore the zune device firmware but when i open the software nothing happens

When you reformat the zune by erasing all content, what do you do next?  and how do i erase only some of the content on my zune? Thanks

So I have a 120 GB Zune. I also have the Zune pass and download tons of music so I have to keep it updated and sync it to my computer every so often. Just recently, my music that I downloaded will no longer play and says it's expired, but when I connect it to my computer it either will not find it, or it will show it's syncing my stuff but won't actually do it. I've tried restarting the device and also completely restoring it. When I restore it, it will will for a couple of weeks (but some of my music will not go back on the device) and then do the same thing again and I'll have to restore it again. My dad has a 120 GB Zune as well and his works just fine, so I know it isn't the software on my computer. I've tried registering my device to make a service request, but all it tells me is that the serial number is already in use and I can't do anything. What do I do????????

so if i want to get Zune HD, and sell my 80GB Zune, i can use these to clear off my profile? correct? Cause i'm not selling my Zune with my profile still on it. thanks in advance for the help.

okay i already did it and now is saying

Step 1 Connect Zune to your PC.

Step 2 On your PC, open the Zune software and restore the Zune device firmware.

and i do it and then it says error C00D124F

CAN'T SYNC BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ENOUGH SPACE ON YOUR ZUNE. DELETE SOME ITEMS, THEN TRY AGAIN.
