I am having serious firmware problems..only to be told by Microsoft that I need to send them $ to fix my Zune because my warranty ran out, which I find totally unacceptable because I haven't abused my Zune this is an internal software problem! Can you help please?

i restored my 30 gig zune but now i can't get to redownload any firmware. I went to the web help and tried everything it said to do and it still gives me and error message of C00D11CD. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it.
Thanks
