I want playlists for podcasts.  In 1.0, they registered as "music", so it didn't matter.  I use my Zune in my car a lot, and now I have to manually change to the next episode.  Makes for safe driving, no?  Since it is the main reason I bought my Zune to begin with, this is a big deal to me.

While we're at it, why not playlists for videos?  On the device?

I don't understand why MS has to have such a limited view of playlists.

How about releasing the Previous Version with a patch that makes it work with the new firmware.

Well the if the ZUNE TEAM keeps releasing this poor excuse for an upgrade then they SHOULD JUST STAY HOME!

Things I would like in the software.......

   Be able to right click on a song and see which playlists it's in...........

   How many songs in a playlist...........

   Total size (in bytes) all the songs are for each playlist (this is more important now that there is a 4 gig device)

Zune Firmware

1. The ability to delete from the Zune Player
2. The ability to organize vides into categories eg. Music Videos, TV Shows, Movies etc
   
3. DivX and Xvid Support
4. Use the Zune Player as a Hard Drive
5. Ability to create playlists on the player including video playlists - add and delete items
   
6. Need the ability to rotate pics on the Zune and to choose what area of a pic to display as background. Certain pics don't display properly when the firmware rotates landscape pics to be displayed as portrait as background
7. Delete an item from the quicklist

1. The ability to remove items from the sync list
2. The ability to edit tags for songs and have it be updated in the player

Zune Software

1. Certain songs seem to keep resyncing
2. I have a folder with pictures that software refuses to put on my device. Gives an "unkown" error
3. Software keeps re-adding pics that i explicity removed from the device even tho I have chosen the option for pics "Let me choose". It should not be auto-syncing. It doesn't happen for every pic I remove. Just 1 folder
4. Why is the software converting some WMV video files before adding. Aren't WMV codec supported on the4 device?
5. Displays certain songs out of order when the disc number is not set for some songs...Songs are ordered fine in WMP11
   

Zune Firmware

1. Zune displays portrait pics up-side down when I set as background. It also rotates them,which is not neccesary (Since both the pic and the display are portrait)
