Colors - Between the Buried & Me [cut off issues]

Hey, good job on getting Colors back up!  I went to restore it, though, and it won't let me download any of the songs except Prequel to the Sequel.  It keeps giving me the error, "An error occured while communicating with Zune Marketplace.  Make sure the date and time settings on your computer aren't set to a future date, then try again."

It also gave me the error code: C00D12EA

My date/time are fine on my computer... So what's wrong here? It took months and months to finally get this back, and I still can't listen to the fixed version. =/

Unfortunately we have learned a few things since this was originally submitted. Our content provider tags the track as purcase complete as soon as the download starts, even if it errors out. So the system "believes" you own all the tracks. There is no real way to fool it on the same account to allow you to download it. This is a know issue and will be fixed  in the next Zune upgrade.

The only thing I can suggest is to get credit for buying the album through Zune Phone Support and then either create a second account on your computer or use a friend to re-purchase the material. I have no idea if the credit can be applied to anyone ellse but your main account though.
